Pine Ridge Rally

Pine Ridge is a hyper-fast, high-altitude gravel stage that is heavily reliant on vehicle aerodynamic balance during massive, high-speed jumps. Approaching the numerous blind crests, drivers must pre-position the car's weight, braking slightly before takeoff to ensure the nose stays up and avoiding a catastrophic dive into the landing surface. Courage and absolute trust in the pace notes are the only ways to carry speed.

The track surface is highly deceptive; staying strictly within the swept, clean line of the gravel is crucial for traction. Drifting even slightly wide onto the loose marbles on the outside will immediately pull the car into the scenery or over the sheer cliff drops that line the mountain pass.
