Track Intelligence
The Norisring is a deceptively simple street circuit where precision is everything. At just 2.3 kilometers, it features only a few corners, but demands massive heavy braking over bumpy asphalt with unforgiving concrete walls just inches from the racing line. The infamous Grundig Hairpin and the tight Schöller-S require immense braking stability and excellent mechanical traction on exit. Because the layout is so short, a single mistake costs massive amounts of time. A successful setup prioritizes top speed, ride compliance over bumps, and heavy brake cooling to handle the extreme stopping forces lap after lap.
