Lusail
Link together endless medium-speed sweepers at this flat, fast desert track.
Track Intelligence
Lusail International Circuit is a remarkably flat, fast, and flowing track, consisting almost entirely of medium to high-speed sweeping corners that blend seamlessly into one another. This makes it one of the most highly aerodynamically dependent circuits in the world, requiring massive downforce to maintain immense minimum mid-corner speeds. Drivers face extreme, sustained lateral G-forces throughout the lap.
Because the corners are so fast, taking too much of the aggressive exit kerbs can severely damage the sensitive aerodynamic floors of the vehicles. Furthermore, the desert location means fine sand frequently blows onto the racing line, demanding drivers adapt instantly to sudden, unpredictable losses of grip, especially during night sessions when temperatures plummet.
