Interlagos
Plunge through the Senna S on this flowing, highly emotive Brazilian circuit.
Track Intelligence
Autódromo José Carlos Pace (Interlagos) is a relatively short, heavily undulating, anti-clockwise track that heavily favors driver rhythm. The iconic, plunging Turn 1 and 2 complex (the Senna S) requires massive commitment, demanding complex trail-braking to rotate the car downhill while perfectly setting up the trajectory for the sweeping Curva do Sol.
The twisting, cambered infield sector demands excellent mechanical traction and a suspension compliant enough to ride the heavy curbs. However, the defining challenge of the lap is the long, sweeping, uphill left-hander leading back to the start/finish line; this section requires immense engine power and a low-drag setup to drag the car up the hill to defend against slipstreaming overtakes.
